Jessica has you covered! Please join Jessica for this dreamy 90-minute experience of extended, grounding stretches combined with essential oils and weighted hands-on touch. You will leave feeling blissful, tension-free, and prepared for a good night of sleep! Class is limited to 10 students to ensure plenty of personalized attention is delivered for all.
