Welcome to 75 minutes of fun, sweat, and movement!

Previously named DANCE BARRE DANCE, this 75 minute workshop led by Miranda will combine all your most loved barre moves with energetic dance combinations! We promise this workshop is for EVERYONE, no dance experience required! The movement combinations offered will be easy to follow while being equally as effective for a great sweat sesh.

The theme of this Dance Barre-ty is *GLOW*!! We'll have some really fun accessories to give you, party lights, and more! Feel free to dress in your best neon, glow-in-the-dark, or any fun option you have!
