Join Adrienna Jones for this 90 minute experience to start your weekend! When we are in harmony with ourselves this changes our experience of the world. We become more at ease, less reactive to life, and more present to ourselves and others around us.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is more restful than four hours of normal sleep!

Sound healing is an ancient healing technique that uses frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. Sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing.

What to expect:

Yoga Nidra is a systematic process of deepening relaxation, an internal, meditative yoga that happens while your body is completely still. Participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat by lying down or sitting up and are bathed in the transformative sounds of Alchemy and Tibetan singing bowls.

What you’ll need:

A mat and any props (blanket(s) or pillows) that make you comfortable when you’re on your mat. Dress warm as your body will cool down lying in a meditation state for some time.
