We are so excited to present our *flow & glow* series again this year! Join us at the Bo-home this Halloween weekend for 75 minutes of total body work & play! Miranda & Rachel will be teaming up to lead you through a witch-worthy combo, yoga + barre, class!

First, we'll dive into 30 minutes of an all levels vinyasa inspired yoga flow led by Miranda, then get our glow on with 45 minutes of kick-butt signature Boo-hemian barre with Rachel! You are not going to want to miss this!

We aren’t saying costumes are required but … they are HIGHLY encouraged!
