Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive. —Howard Thurman

Our training is much more than barre. In this training we dive into spirit, our anatomy, and community. We grow, we learn, and we laugh our way to becoming instructors together. The word is out that this training is good, so we expect it will fill up in no time. Snag your spot ASAP!

Our 5 week program features:

• A Barre Bohemian "Blueprint" class
• Functional Anatomy training on shoulders, core, hips and legs for holistic and educated teaching
• Teaching techniques using voice, musicality, and hands-on assists
• Modifications for injuries and pregnancy
• Mentor-guided learning and feedback from Practice Teaching
• Unlimited Barre & Yoga classes for the duration of the program

You’ll receive a Barre Bohemian training manual at the start of the training. This will be your go-to guide for the entirety of the training and beyond! It will be your reference when you begin teaching.

**We urge you to plan to attend all training sessions in person. This will give you the best hands on and community based learning experience. If you are unable to attend a session, we will do our best to record the session for you to watch/listen to at a later date.

**Observation of 2 barre bohemian classes is required during the training.
