Join Leah Adams to explore and experience the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga. This practice will include an 90-minute yin yoga practice, which promotes strength and the mobility of Qi (energy) flow and also builds fluidity and elasticity throughout your connective tissues. In this seasonal session we will be focusing on enhancing and balancing the channels that support your detoxification system. Throughout the class, we will touch on themes central to the liver and the gallbladder, as viewed through an Eastern Medicine lens, pulling inspiration from this experience to connect us to our own nature.
You can expect a soothing yin yoga practice that honors our undeniable connection to the natural world and fosters self-compassion. In addition to the yoga practice, there will be worksheets and ample opportunity for questions and group discussion.
