We'll begin with a flow specifically curated to warm up your core, shoulders, hips, and wrists, and then we'll dive into the foundations of flight.
By breaking down the essential elements of Arm Balances, you'll learn tips and tricks to safely and successfully arrive in poses such as Bakasana (crow), Koundinyasana (Flying Splits), Side Crow, Flying Pigeon and more. Come ready to sweat, laugh (probably a lot), and learn.
