After a love-hate relationship with yoga for over a decade I decided to give it another try and found myself at Bohemian. I was hooked. I was also at a point in my life where I felt very disconnected from myself and from any form of community. I decided to complete my 200-hr training as a way to do something truly for myself, and what I got out of it has impacted my life in beautifully unexpected ways.
I teach a challenging, energizing, and empowering vinyasa flow. I encourage my students to connect deeply with their bodies through intuitive movement and accessible cues. My hope is that students walk away from my classes feeling more grounded and connected to themselves.
The best part of teaching is being reminded that I am always a student. There is always more to learn, more parts of myself to explore, and more ways to connect with others. Yoga has opened so many doors already and I can’t wait to see where it takes me next.
