We built our studios on empowerment and badassery. What began as a vision to bring art and community together at the barre, our studios evolved into offering six different types of classes! Here are some tips:

  • Our Barre Bohemian classes are suitable for beginners and experienced barre practitioners alike.

  • New to yoga? We recommend the Slow Flow and Bohemian Bliss.

  • If you’re an experienced yogi looking to grow, you’ll enjoy dynamic and athletic asana in our Strong Flow or Spirit Flow—Advanced.

  • Want to balance out your body in a more therapeutic and holistic way? Try Sweet Release or Bohemian Bliss.

Barre Bohemian

Such a blast! Our barre method is a rhythmic and fun fusion of interval training, yoga and pilates. Inspired by dancers and developed by yogis, our method encourages you to embrace your inner athlete with mindfulness and heart. This powerful, soulful workout will rock your life!

Spirit Flow

Let your spirit soar in the empowering and dynamic musical vinyasa flow class. Each class is uniquely tailored to offer the pacing, poses and theme to fit the students in the room.

Slow Flow

This slow and sultry class is intended to unwind tension in your body and leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Musical and soulful, this is the class that never gets old. This class is perfect for beginners and open to all levels.

Strong Flow

Prepare to sweat! Our strong flow is a fluid journey designed to build flexibility, strength and endurance. With bumpin' music and soul-infused postures, you will leave feeling worked, yet refreshed. This class is best suited for experienced practitioners.

Bohemian Bliss

Ah, finally a class that is designed purely to restore and reconnect. Our Bliss classes are a real treat and your teacher may offer any or all of the following: yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, or yoga therapeutics.

Sweet Release

Get ready for some serious release, yogis! This class is like medicine for your muscles. Utilizing tune-up balls, thai massage techniques or yin yoga, this class works deeply into fascia, connective tissue and areas of excessive muscular holding. Come ready to slow down, listen to the language of your body and discover what you need to release.
