For years, I misunderstood yoga. It always felt just out of reach and perhaps something that was not meant for me. But I craved to connect with it and that eventually led me to my yoga 200 RYT training and deep dive with The Craft.
When I jumped in, I hadn’t planned coming out the other side as an instructor. Yet, as I leaned in and explored what yoga was, I saw how encompassing it is and impactful it could be. I had to share yoga with others.
My classes are an invitation, not an expectation. They provide a space for you to move, reconnecting with yourself; body, breath, and spirit. I want to show that yoga is accessible and translatable to your life, whoever you are, uniquely expressing itself through you.
My hope for when you leave my class is that you have an improved connection with your body and maybe, even if for just one fleeting moment, you were able to completely lose yourself in movement, releasing expectations and just be you.
