After only 8 months in the corporate world, I took the leap into the world of fitness! I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2012 and began training at and managing a private personal training studio in Seattle. I loved my new career, but felt something was missing, so I became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2013, where I found my true love of movement. I discovered a desire to connect with as many students as possible, and I really thrive on the energy that group classes bring, so though I am still a certified trainer, I chose to leave the training studio to teach classes full-time. I was trained in and started teaching the Lagree Fitness method (a Pilates-based strength and conditioning class) in 2014, and then barre in 2015. I can happily say that I 100% love my job, and I'm so grateful to be able to make my passion my career!
I (literally) dream of fitness! I'll wake up inspired to try a new barre sequence or theme for a yoga class. I love the physical challenge of the workouts I teach, and I am so driven to find creative ways to make my classes new and fresh. I want people to know that they will always get a great workout with me, that I really pour myself into my classes, and that I am so, so happy to share my passion with them.
