Come learn the Flow Fundamentals with Eric Rabena!
Together we will demystify key yoga postures in vinyasa flow and get your practice started on the right foot. We'll break down proper orientation and body alignment for Downward Facing Dog, high to low plank, Upward Facing Dog, and the warrior postures.
We'll also learn how these few postures translate to the rest of your yoga practice.
We yogis need a core to our yoga practice—a group of familiar poses that is fundamental to vinyasa flow. Without it, our translation of consequential poses may be misinterpreted, and our practice may never reach its true potential.
