I lead a strong, high-energy class with a focus on alignment and breath synced with movement. I want my students to feel like they have reached their point of limitation, reaching further while respecting their bodies.
I love watching students realize they have more strength than ever realized—inside and out—and the look in their eyes when they see what they are capable of is priceless!
Helping people use movement to expand their views of themselves and the world lights my fire. I passionately believe that this is where evolution happens, through action, and is essential to leading a balanced life, helps us interact with the people, and gives us the tools to build meaningful communities. In my experience, movement has been a powerful tool that has helped me learn how to embrace myself. I am honored to help others on their journey of self-exploration and self-love.
