My desire to learn more from others in the yoga community led me to complete my second 200-hour training with Adrienne Kimberly – a highly regarded local yoga teacher with a unique passion for guiding students. From this training, I was able to explore and find the freedom within myself to connect deeper into my own realms of creativity in both teaching and practice, and tapped into my own unique flow.
I teach a fluid and powerful vinyasa flow formed of intelligently sequenced and highlighting intuitive movement – while maintaining a playful curiosity and a mindful presence of the self. I believe that the movement itself and the short journey it takes to shift from one posture to the next is just as important as the posture itself.
Yoga is a place where I find myself uninhibited by boundaries. It is a gateway for me to foster creative expression through mindful presence of myself, and it empowers me to be free to move in ways I haven’t tried before. It is, I believe, the fullest expression of oneself – and something I proudly teach to students.
