Barre-bella

I come to this practice with a profound sense of gratitude. Gratitude for the practice and for the human body.
— Heidi

I just love Barre. I love it hard. My first barre class was like meeting my soulmate after a string of bad dates. I realised then that I wanted to pay this practice forward.

My classes are fun and unique.  I believe in the power of being in a community and drawing from the strength of a team and my classes exemplify that. All are welcome, no matter your experience, your fitness level or knowledge.  We’re all here to sweat, engage our bodies and get stronger and we do just that.

I come to this practice with a profound sense of gratitude. Gratitude for the practice and for the human body. Barre requires as much fortitude of the mind as it does the body. It’s an experience that challenges you to dig deep, to look inward and ask yourself what you truly are capable of.  When we are at the Barre together, my intention is for us to be inspired and encouraged by each other. And when you leave my class I want you to leave knowing that you stepped up to the challenge and finished strong.
